Payments are not refundable
Once you pay, we cannot give your money back as a cash refund. FastPass CDL holds limited truck and schedule availability — your payment secures your slot and reserves equipment.
Your payment never disappears — we move it forward
If your plans change, your payment stays on your account and moves to any future available week. No fees. No penalties. Just call or text us at (940) 236-6900 and we will find you a new date.
If DPS cancels your test — not your fault
If the Wichita Falls DPS cancels or reschedules your CDL skills-test appointment, we reschedule everything at no charge. You keep all your prep days. No penalties, no extra fees.
If you fail and need to retest
The $2,800 package covers one test attempt. If you need extra practice before your retest, we review exactly what you need and give you a custom price for only those hours — no flat penalty fee, no full re-enrollment required.
If you are not ready to start yet
No problem. If you have paid but haven't gotten your Texas CLP permit yet, or your DPS appointment isn't lined up, your payment holds with no expiration until you're ready to book a prep week. Call or text us to let us know your timeline and we'll plan from there.
